You agree not to share your password or allow any third party to access your account. tay99 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. tay99's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tay99 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. tay99 uses your personal data for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory reporting to PAGCOR, and where consented, direct marketing communications.
